Privacy policy

This policy covers pages run on the platform from Brown Innovation Group LLC. Each page belongs to an independent licensed insurance agent, named on that page. We provide the technology; the agent decides how to follow up with you.

What we collect

When you use the coverage calculator, quote form, call booking, or chat, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the figures you put into the calculator, your messages in the chat, the call time you pick, and your choices on the form. We record the consent wording you agreed to and the time. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address to limit abuse. Please do not enter health details, Social Security numbers, or payment information on this site or in the chat. Share those only with the agent directly, on a call or through a carrier's secure application.

How it is used and who sees it

Your information goes to the agent whose page you used, so they can contact you about the coverage you asked about, and we send you a confirmation email on their behalf. If you agreed on the form, the agent may call and text you, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP to texts at any time or reply "unsubscribe" to emails.

Chat messages are processed by an AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. The AI assistant gives general information, not quotes or advice, and conversation transcripts are saved and available to the agent. We use service providers for hosting and email, who process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree on the form, the agent may text you about your insurance request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile phone numbers and text opt-in information are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep lead information for as long as the agent's account is active and as required by law, then delete or return it to the agent. To ask the agent or us to correct or delete your information, contact the agent listed on the page you used, or leads@browninnovation.group.

Security

Information is stored with a major cloud provider with access limited to the agent it belongs to and the platform operator. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

These pages are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact
